Mr. Vincent Laroche gave very honest descriptions of a situation of 2-time delays which were beyond his control (shipment and missing part...). Though we lost nearly 4 weeks of the high season, we nevertheless appreciate the smooth communication and good service in follow-up with the accurate delivery.
